You’re Grounded: A Yoga Break for Teachers

A slow flow and restore practice that can be used daily. The practice will focus on breathing to promote relaxation and restorative postures to settle the body and mind. This can be used for teachers and/or taught to students as a stress management tool.

Follow the directions below to ensure attendance credit.
1. Navigate to portal.nisdtx.org and click on the Edugence icon.
2. Click on this link and press the blue button with + sign to enroll in this session while inside Edugence.
3. Complete the survey at tinyurl.com/Engage21Feedback.
4. These directions must be followed within 30 minutes of the session ending.
